Spring is here; let’s get outside. There are so many local parks in Dallas, it would be impossible to highlight them all. Bachman Lake Park

If you are looking for a nice trail for running or biking, consider the 3.08-mile trail at Bachman Lake. This small park also offers picnic areas and boating. Come for a morning run or an afternoon picnic and relax while watching the ducks and geese. It is only fifteen minutes from the Christopher Apartments.

White Rock Lake Park

White Rock Lake Park is one of the most popular parks in Dallas, and it’s no wonder with all the activities it offers. You are sure to find something exciting to do at White Rock Lake Park. And since it is only twenty minutes from the Christopher Apartments, you can be hiking or paddling in no time.

Trinity River Audubon Center

Located 30 minutes from the Christopher Apartments, The Trinity Audubon Center is a little further away than the other options on this list, but it is well worth the trip. This 120-acre wildlife haven sits on the border of the Great Trinity Forest. Miles of walking and hiking trails provide fantastic scenery with a wide array of birds and wildlife. This is a wonderful place to practice your wildlife photography skills.
