Nearly all yogis consider themselves to be beginner or intermediate level practitioners. If you would like to learn new poses, the best studios near our Victory Park apartments include:

Pure Yoga Texas

Since 2003, Pure Yoga Texas has empowered people to improve their lives through yoga. Founder Mardy Chen established the first location in Austin, and it’s popularity led to the opening of the Dallas studio. The instructors studied yoga therapy in Calcutta, India, and have practiced the 84 advanced asanas. They offer several classes, including Yin. In this slow-paced session, poses are held for five minutes. It’s held in a non-heated setting with dimmed lights for relaxation.

Dallas Yoga Center

The Dallas Yoga Center has offered mindfulness and wellness since 1989. It inspires the community to lead healthier lives and was founded as a place for in-depth yoga exploration beyond any one style. The studio has grown to become a national leader in both yoga and holistic living. There are more than 70 classes every week, and students enjoy the welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Sessions include Beginner, Embodied Vinyasa Flow, and DYC Yoga in the Park.

The Mat

At The Mat, you’ll move, awaken, and transform your body. The studio offers a non-competitive atmosphere with classes designed to guide and challenge yogis of all levels of expertise. Sessions are offered daily as early as 5:45 a.m. One of the most popular choices includes the Deep Stretch class. Students experience being completely in the moment while increasing their core stability, range of motion, and awareness of healthy body mechanics.
