Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria
Opened in 1990, Grimaldi’s treats diners to world-famous pizza prepared on coal-fired brick ovens that create a unique flavor and a crisp crust. The secret-recipe dough is hand-tossed, then topped with fresh mozzarella, homemade sauce, and other fine ingredients. Guests can enjoy popular pizzas such as Margherita, Quattro Formaggi, and The Don while they dine inside or on the large patio. The menu also features draft beer and hand-selected wines from around the world.
Step into the Yard House to enjoy the world’s largest selection of craft beer alongside over 100 made-from-scratch items. Menu offerings include Maui pineapple chicken, pepper-crusted filet, and grilled Korean beef tacos. For the best deals, visit during happy hour. It’s held Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and late-night Sunday through Wednesday from 9:30 p.m. until close.
When the Pop Factory opened in 2013, it became the first company to bring all-natural fruit bars to the Lone Star State. The owner combined the Mexican-style Popsicles of his childhood with creative flavors such as mango, cucumber lime, and pineapple mint. The bars are made fresh daily, so visitors can watch the process in the store.
