We’re talking about Legacy Food Hall, which features 20 locally curated artisanal vendors not far from our downtown Dallas apartments. Here are some of the eateries you can discover at this one-stop-shop for good food and fun:

Brisket Love

At Brisket Love, the meat is slow-smoked the Texan way. It’s full of flavor and is so tender that it will almost fall apart in your mouth. For dinner, you can enjoy brisket served by the pound. It comes with house barbecue sauce, onions, pickles, and dinner rolls. Pair your meal with the loaded mac and cheese and a tall glass of ice-cold lemonade.

Dock Local

The chefs at Dock Local offer “tantalizing food with a coastal flair.” They use market-fresh ingredients and create classic yet elevated seafood dishes that don’t disappoint. Menu offerings include Baja tacos, lobster grinders, and fish and chips. For the best deals, join the Lobster Club. You’ll receive loyalty rewards, special discounts, and updates on secret menus.

Whisk & Eggs

Julien Eelsen’s passion for cooking began at a young age. He grew up in Paris, where he learned to make crepes alongside his aunt and grandmother. Julien even picked the berries they used for the jam. Today, he shares his delicious creations at Whisk & Eggs. For a sweet treat, enjoy the Madame Du-Berry crepes. They’re perfect for dessert and true to their name, they feature berries and cream.

Mallow Box

At Mallow Box, you’ll find Chef Martha’s unique marshmallows. Called “to-die-for” by customers, they gain attention from Plano Magazine, the Dallas Observer, and other publications. During your visit, you can enjoy the marshmallows on toast, in hot chocolate, and even in milkshakes.
